Terms and conditions

SmartAza is a digital-gifting feature of Owoche, operated by Transingenium Innovations Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By using smartaza.com.ng you agree to these terms together with the Owoche Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to send or redeem a SmartAza gift.

Sending gifts

SmartAza tokens are created exclusively inside the Owoche mobile app. The sender's transaction PIN authorises every creation; funds are debited at creation time and held in escrow until the gift is claimed, expires, or is cancelled.

Redeeming gifts

Recipients can redeem on smartaza.com.ng without an Owoche account. Bank cashout destinations are verified through licensed Nigerian payment service providers before any transfer is initiated. Account-name resolution mismatches will block the transfer.

Prohibited use

• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illicit financial activity.
• Circumventing identification or KYC requirements imposed by Nigerian law.
• Harassment, fraud, or any attempt to extract funds from a SmartAza gift without the sender's consent.

Fees

A creation fee is charged to the sender at the time the SmartAza is generated, per the published pricing tier. Recipients pay no fee on redemption.

Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of SmartAza, including errors in transactions or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
