Privacy policy

This policy explains how Transingenium Innovations Ltd ("we") handles personal information collected through smartaza.com.ng. It complements the Owoche Privacy Policy and is aligned with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

Information we collect

• Bank account number and bank code provided for a cashout.
• Resolved account name returned by the payment network.
• Phone or email submitted when requesting a gift OTP.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, and timestamp for fraud audit.

We do not require you to create an account, and we never collect BVN, NIN, or any government ID through smartaza.com.ng.

How we use it

• To execute the bank or wallet transfer you authorised.
• To verify the gift token against Owoche's ledger.
• To prevent fraud and comply with AML/CFT obligations.
• To respond to your support requests.

Sharing

We share data only with: (a) licensed payment partners required to settle your transfer, (b) law-enforcement or regulatory bodies upon lawful request, and (c) the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit when a Suspicious Activity Report is required.

Retention

Identification and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years, as required by AML law. Audit telemetry is retained for 90 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements) by writing to privacy@owoche.online.
