5. Sending Gifts

• Funds will be deducted from your Owoche account or the payment method you authorize.
• Gifts are non-refundable once the recipient has claimed them.
• Transingenium is not responsible for incorrect transactions caused by user error.

6. Receiving Gifts

Recipients can claim cash surprises without providing personal details. By claiming a gift, recipients agree to comply with SmartAza’s terms and provide any requested verification to prevent fraud or misuse.

7. Fees and Charges

SmartAza may charge service fees for transactions. Applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction and are non-refundable.
